Delivery

Delivery is available to selected areas in Egypt. Delivery fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before confirming your order.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

Pickup from branch

You can also place your order online and pick it up from selected Swirkies branches.

If pickup is available for your order, the available branch options will appear during checkout. Please wait for order confirmation before visiting the branch.

Fresh preparation

All Swirkies items are prepared fresh. Preparation time may vary depending on the product and branch workload.

Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your phone number, address, and delivery notes are correct before placing your order. Swirkies Egypt is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot reach the customer after reasonable contact attempts, the order may be returned to the branch and may not be eligible for refund due to the fresh nature of our products.
