Return and Refund Policy

At Swirkies Egypt, every cookie, crepe, skillet, drink, and dessert is prepared with care, freshness, and a little extra sweetness.

Because our products are freshly prepared food items, we cannot accept returns once an order has been prepared, picked up, delivered, opened, consumed, or handled by the customer, unless there is a clear issue with the order.

When can we help with a refund or replacement?

We will always do our best to make things right if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • An item is missing from your order.
  • The order arrived damaged.
  • There is a clear quality issue caused by preparation or delivery.

How to report an issue

Please contact us on the same day you receive your order and share:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • A short description of the issue.

After reviewing your request, Swirkies Egypt may offer a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case.

Order cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before preparation starts. Once your order is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible because our products are freshly made.

Pickup orders

If a pickup order is not collected within the agreed pickup time, it may not be eligible for refund because the products are prepared fresh for your order.
